Help with an order
To help us find your purchase quickly, please include:
- the email address you used at checkout;
- the product name;
- the date of purchase and, if you have it, the Gumroad receipt or order number;
- a short description of the problem, plus a screenshot if a file will not open.
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, so the charge on your card statement usually shows a Gumroad reference (for example “GUMRD.COM” followed by our store or product name). If you do not recognise a charge, email us with the date and amount and we will help you identify it.
Newsletter and privacy requests
You can leave the newsletter at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, write to the address above from the email address concerned. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, and our Terms of Service explain how you may use our patterns.
Pattern requests and collaborations
Tell us which animals, scenes or seasonal designs you would like to burn next, and we will add the most requested ones to our list. For collaborations or other business enquiries, use the same email with a short subject line describing what you have in mind.
